Bristol, England this Friday! Glasgow in Sept.

Hi everyone, I’ll be joining up with Sean Snook and Johnny Mackinnon to play this Friday, Aug. 13th in Bristol, England. There a few tickets left. Grab yours here.

Also, very happy to say that I’ll be playing one of my very favorite venues in Glasgow on Sept. 24th! I cannot wait to get back up there. One of the best audiences in the world. Tickets here.

And, I love you as well Bristol. You know that. I’ll see you Friday.

The last show I played before lockdown was in Bromsgrove, England with my friends, Gregor Philp and Kelli Jones. It was a special night.

This weekend I return to the Boatshack in Bromsgrove to kick things off for myself and Nick Constantine from the Boatshack. He has stuck it out and survived and is a great dude…….he is passionate about music and his venue should be supported.

So, please come and celebrate a little bit of freedom. Saturday night is shaping up to be beautiful now………..and it is an outdoor gig. Johnny Mackinnon from The Roadtrippers will be joining me on piano and high harmonies.

Here you tickets here.

Live From My Dining Room w/ Peter Himmelman

Peter Himmelman will be my guest this Sunday. I was lucky to open for him in ‘94 on the 70 city Skin tour. Truly the most amazing live performer I’ve seen. He was nominated for an Emmy Award in 2002 for his song “Best Kind Of Answer” which appeared in the CBS series Judging Amy, for which Himmelman also composed the score. He was the composer for the FOX television show Bones through the fourth season. He was nominated for a Grammy Award for his children’s album, My Green Kite. USA Today has called Himmelman “one of rock’s most wildly imaginative performers” for his often highly improvisational stage shows. Join us on my Facebook page this Sunday at 8pm London time/2pm CST. Also, the new crowdfunding campaign to help fund the making of “Good Thing” is here. #kevinmontgomery #peterhimmelman #singersongwriter #nashville #hollywood #livewebcast #webcast #podcast

Jerry Fuller is my special guest today in Live From My Dining Room. Jerry wrote “Travelin’ Man” by Ricky Nelson, “Show and Tell”……and “Young Girl” by Gary Puckett and the Union Gap.

He and his wife Annette are like my second parents. During my days in Hollywood I spent many evenings with them…………Jerry is a master story teller. I know so many of them. I want YOU to hear them.

So, today, Sunday, Feb. 28th at 8pm London time/2pm Central time he will join me in the live webcast on my Facebook page. Join us here.

Live From My Dining Room w/Carlene Carter

Carlene Carter stole everyone’s hearts when she stormed onto the scene in the 90’s. I got to know her a little bit on plane rides and at a newsstand in Hollywood…..where I would run into her and Howie Epstein on a weekly basis. She was always the nicest person.

Her history hardly needs any explanation, but here goes……..June Carter Cash and Carl Smith’s Daughter, and Johnny Cash’s Stepdaughter. She had a string of hits in her own right in the 90’s, and is now carrying the torch for the Carter Family, arguably the First Family of Country Music.

So, join us on my weekly Facebook live session. Tomorrow (Sunday, Feb. 21st) at 8pm London time. We are gonna sing some songs, talk a bit, and tell some tall tails…….you can go ahead and set a reminder by going to the scheduled live webstream now. Also, coming up next Sunday I have Jerry Fuller joining. He is like my second father and was one of Dad’s best friends. He wrote “Travelin’ Man” by Ricky Nelson, “Young Girl” by Gary Puckett and the Union Gap, “Show and Tell”…..and produced everyone from Gary Puckett and the Union Gap to Johnny Mathis. Do not miss this one!!

See you then!
