I guess I don’t listen to enough music anymore, but in my defense…….sometimes life gets in the way. Put iTunes on and am listening to some great stuff as I write this. Reminds me of why. I need to listen more.
Anyway, I’ll be making some new music soon as well…….again, “life” sometimes gets in the way.

One of my all-time favorite gigs is The Greys in Brighton. A lauded music venue that almost went the way of so many other venues around the world that put on live music……….but some folks stepped in to show their commitment to keeping it alive.

So, I just booked an afternoon/dinner gig in Kenley, England at a lovely little OLD SCHOOL Italian place called Santini’s. Doors are at 4pm……..music starts at 4:30pm. There will be a three course meal interspersed with music. I’ve been allotted 10 tickets to make available to my fans/friends.
This show will be about as intimate as it gets! We all eat together, laugh together, and I’ll sing some songs for you.

On the way up to play Scotland last month i stopped into The Junction Pub in Saint Helens, Merseyside for a meeting and meal with Stephen Manley. I was blown away by the atmosphere the owner has created. He is a musician and that very night they had a traditional session downstairs and about 100 folks upstairs for a mass Ukelele night!!! Awesome!
Anyway, I’ve decided to play a matinee gig there on Sunday, May 22nd at 3pm. The pub is perfect for a sunday lunch at 12pm and a show at 3pm…………maybe food after?
Either way, I hope my folks from Manchester and Liverpool area will convene here for the afternoon. Stephen will open the show.
