On the way up to play Scotland last month i stopped into The Junction Pub in Saint Helens, Merseyside for a meeting and meal with Stephen Manley. I was blown away by the atmosphere the owner has created. He is a musician and that very night they had a traditional session downstairs and about 100 folks upstairs for a mass Ukelele night!!! Awesome!
Anyway, I’ve decided to play a matinee gig there on Sunday, May 22nd at 3pm. The pub is perfect for a sunday lunch at 12pm and a show at 3pm…………maybe food after?
Either way, I hope my folks from Manchester and Liverpool area will convene here for the afternoon. Stephen will open the show.
